Package Description

  • £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
  • 44 hours worked over any 5 days, usually Monday - Friday
  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply

  • Experience of a working in a similar role, preferably at least 2 years
  • Experience of creating and implementing training plans
  • High level of understanding of store operations
  • Ability to lead, manage and develop others
  • Friendly, professional and approachable
  • A confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills and a real 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Computer literate; Word; Excel; PowerPoint
