- Experience of a working in a similar role, preferably at least 2 years
- Experience of creating and implementing training plans
- High level of understanding of store operations
- Ability to lead, manage and develop others
- Friendly, professional and approachable
- A confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills and a real 'can do' attitude
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Computer literate; Word; Excel; PowerPoint
