Package Description
- From £28,000 per annum
- 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply
- Open-minded and willing to take on new challenges
- Tenacious, hardworking, reliable and adaptable
- Deal effectively with staff issues
- Able to demonstrate excellent commercial awareness
- Able to work well under pressure and tight timeframes
- Resilient with strong influencing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both adaptable to a diverse customer group and able to produce succinct correspondence and reports, making use of HRIS
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills with a real 'can do' attitude
- Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced business is essential
- Excellent working knowledge of ER, underpinning this with employment legislation and best practice
- Experience in interpreting, advising and implementing company policies and procedures
- CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a HR Advisor
