Package Description

  • From £28,000 per annum
  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply

  • Open-minded and willing to take on new challenges
  • Tenacious, hardworking, reliable and adaptable
  • Deal effectively with staff issues
  • Able to demonstrate excellent commercial awareness
  • Able to work well under pressure and tight timeframes
  • Resilient with strong influencing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both adaptable to a diverse customer group and able to produce succinct correspondence and reports, making use of HRIS
  • Excellent organisational and problem solving skills with a real 'can do' attitude
  • Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced business is essential
  • Excellent working knowledge of ER, underpinning this with employment legislation and best practice
  • Experience in interpreting, advising and implementing company policies and procedures
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a HR Advisor
