Package Description

  • Competitive salary
  • 37.50 hours per week nominally working from 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday although the Loss Prevention Office Manager will be required to work different hours/days to meet business needs
  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply

  • Experience of managing a team
  • Experience of working within a Loss Prevention role
  • Excellent people skills with experience of training team members
  • Computer proficient
  • Knowledge of CCTV monitoring software
  • Numerate and accurate
  • An inquisitive mind with a good eye for detail
  • Able to work on initiative
  • A confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills and a real 'can do' attitude
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
