Main objectives and responsibilities
- Teaching Company policies, procedures, functions and initiatives within both a classroom and warehouse environment
- Leading a small team of support trainers within the warehouse
- To deliver a comprehensive Induction Training Programme
- To deliver training for all areas of the warehouse as required
- To consistently communicate with members of the team at both Amesbury and Liverpool
- Supporting Warehouse Management in their continuous assessments and evaluations and helping them achieve expected standards
- Meeting deadlines set by the Training Manager
- Other duties as required within Training
