Main objectives and responsibilities

  • Teaching Company policies, procedures, functions and initiatives within both a classroom and warehouse environment
  • Leading a small team of support trainers within the warehouse
  • To deliver a comprehensive Induction Training Programme
  • To deliver training for all areas of the warehouse as required
  • To consistently communicate with members of the team at both Amesbury and Liverpool
  • Supporting Warehouse Management in their continuous assessments and evaluations and helping them achieve expected standards
  • Meeting deadlines set by the Training Manager
  • Other duties as required within Training

  • A positive and enthusiastic individual who has a genuine passion for training
  • Friendly and professional ambassador for the Training Department
  • Discretion – maturity with the assertion of good judgement
  • Confidential – ability to identify private information and to prevent its unnecessary disclosure
  • A self-motivated individual who is able to manage their own time

Package Description

  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply

  • Computer literate to include PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with a diverse group of people
  • Excellent written skills to produce coherent and appropriate assessment of trainees
  • To work effectively within tight and often conflicting timeframes
  • Experience of working within in a team
