- 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance increasing to 6.6 weeks after 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply
- Qualified CIPD practitioner (minimum Level 5) or similar qualification
- Experience working in HR
- Excellent IT skills; Microsoft Office
- Numerate and accurate
- Practiced analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Appetite to understand the broader industry and market
- Experience working with/administering Reward and Benefits processes and liaising with suppliers is desirable
