Package Description

  • £25,000
  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance increasing to 6.6 weeks after 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply

  • Qualified CIPD practitioner (minimum Level 5) or similar qualification
  • Experience working in HR
  • Excellent IT skills; Microsoft Office
  • Numerate and accurate
  • Practiced analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Appetite to understand the broader industry and market
  • Experience working with/administering Reward and Benefits processes and liaising with suppliers is desirable
