Package Description

  • Up to £55,496
  • Monday - Friday working 42.50 hours per week from 8am - 4.30pm
  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply

  • Both electrical and mechanical skills
  • Experience and knowledge of building services and facilities engineering
  • Experience in a similar role with management responsibilities
  • Qualified in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and able to read electrical and mechanical drawing
  • Understand hydraulics and pneumatics
  • A confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills and a real 'can do' attitude
