  • To provide support and guidance to Team Members and Store/Field Managers in the WFM system Kronos.
  • To maintain and assist in the creation of store builds within the system.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on issues and problems when they occur in the system.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the system, working with the workforce systems manager.
  • Provide Maintenance of Confidential Information in compliance with general data protection and GDPR regulations.
  • Other duties in accordance with the role and within remit of skill base.
