Package Description

  • £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience 
  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply

  • Experienced reward professional – proficient in undertaking annual salary review process
  • Experience of job evaluating and benchmarking roles
  • Experience in the development, delivery and ongoing management of employee benefits and recognition programmes
  • Reward experience gained within a retail organization (desirable)
  • Knowledge of external and internal factors that drive compensation and benefit strategies
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Proficient job evaluation skills (desirable – Mercer Job Evaluation)
  • Highly numerate and analytical, with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to write policies and business communications
