Package Description
- £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply
- Experienced reward professional – proficient in undertaking annual salary review process
- Experience of job evaluating and benchmarking roles
- Experience in the development, delivery and ongoing management of employee benefits and recognition programmes
- Reward experience gained within a retail organization (desirable)
- Knowledge of external and internal factors that drive compensation and benefit strategies
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Proficient job evaluation skills (desirable – Mercer Job Evaluation)
- Highly numerate and analytical, with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to write policies and business communications
