Package Description
- From £28,000 per annum
- 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply
- CIPD qualification to Level 5, preferably Level 7 or significant Human Resources Advisor level experience
- Commercial acumen to appreciate the needs of a fast paced and growing business
- Excellent listening/verbal and written communication skills to provide specific and timely advice
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with staff at all levels
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team, making a positive contribution to the Wellbeing Team strategy and objectives
- Fluent IT skills (MS Office) together with experience of HRIS including accessing, inputting, compiling and reporting
- Understanding that communication is imperative to other departments regarding calls, deadlines, tasks
- The post holder may be required to travel occasionally to attend meetings or training events as required
