  • Working on licensed ranges under direction from the License Buying Manager / Studio Design Manager
  • Create new concepts for new products and packaging developed from existing license style guides
  • Produce innovative concept visuals for product and packaging approval, and then take to print ready artwork – specifying all details with manufacturer and paying close attention to BOP
  • Design engaging license style guides with on trend prints, graphics and patterns
  • Communicate with licensee and manufacturers in a professional manner
  • Review all pre-production submissions, referring to original comments made, ensuring all requested changes have been implemented and the finished quality of the product is of a high standard and meets license format
  • Ensure the smooth running of the approval process, and continually identify where improvements in process and communication can be made
  • Build and maintain close links with the Buying and Graphics teams, including Photography
  • Conduct store visits and produce UK competitive shop reports
  • Other duties in accordance with role and within remit of skill base including other packaging and design/artwork duties when needed in the studio

  • Competitive salary - DOE
  • 9 months fixed term contract
  • Based onsite in Liverpool Head Office

Minimum Criteria to Apply

  • Minimum 2:2 degree in design or equivalent
  • Excellent design CAD skills
  • Experience working on licensed ranges an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar design or creative artworking role
  • Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator on MAC OS
  • Experience of working in a team
  • Understanding of print and manufacturing processes and limitations
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office including, Word Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
