Minimum Criteria to Apply
- Extensive experience of working within a procurement team within a goods for retail/FMCG environment
- Extensive experience of supplier management, managing a buying portfolio category or range
- Experience of managing teams of procurement professionals and/or marketing, merchandising professionals
- Strong negotiation skills and commercially astute
- Ability to analyse and solve multiple complex problems
- Ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders and suppliers
- Experience in leading cross functional teams
- Experience in managing team performance
- Experience with developing talent
