  • Create and deliver a category sourcing plan which supports the Company’s growth strategy for stores and online

  • Competitive salary - DOE
  • Site-based in Liverpool Head Office, with the occasional requirement to visit stores, trade fairs and suppliers

Minimum Criteria to Apply

  • Extensive experience of working within a procurement team within a goods for retail/FMCG environment
  • Extensive experience of supplier management, managing a buying portfolio category or range
  • Experience of managing teams of procurement professionals and/or marketing, merchandising professionals
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercially astute
  • Ability to analyse and solve multiple complex problems
  • Ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Experience in leading cross functional teams
  • Experience in managing team performance
  • Experience with developing talent
