- Supply and maintain the platform used for staff portal and CCTV systems within store
- Remotely troubleshoot, configure, upgrade and reinstall operating systems and software
- Provide third line CCTV support to the IT Support desk, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they occur
- Fix issues using repair scripts and procedures
- Plan CCTV maintenance and organise resolution and fault fixing with contractors
- Keep CCTV plans and systems up-to-date and ensure adequacy to support business needs
- Stock control of cameras, NVRs, PCs and any other associated equipment
- Prepare and package hardware for stores including NVR, encoders, cameras, etc
- Ensure new store openings are on time with all expected infrastructure in place
- Ensure high availability of all CCTV systems in store and distribution centres

Package Description
- £37,110 per annum
- 37.50 hours per week
- Shifts are generally 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm from Monday - Friday
- Potential for hybrid working after successful 6 month probation period, with the expectation that you will be available to come into the office as and when required
- 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply
- Hands on basic Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) knowledge
- Moderate IT knowledge of PC hardware and software including BIOS/system upgrading
- At least a basic understanding of network fundamentals
- Knowledge of bash scripting, docker, databases, hardware virtualisation
- Methodical and orderly approach to tasks including fault finding and resolution
- Ability to work within tight and often conflicting timeframes and prioritise tasks
- Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
- Understands the need for, and able to work with, confidentiality and discretion at all times
