  • Leadership Development: Conduct daily walks of the DC floor, providing coaching and feedback to the management team to consistently achieve KPIs and enhance warehouse productivity, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

  • Communication: Regularly review individual performance and development plans, communicate key business updates, and lead change initiatives within the team

Package Description

  • circa. £80,000 dependent on experience
  • 40 hours per week
  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply

  • Extensive experience in a fast-moving warehouse and distribution environment
  • Leadership experience in managing managers within a similar environment
  • Expertise in managing warehousing regulatory H&S checks and procedures
  • Advanced experience in leading and managing change, including business improvement initiatives
  • Proven track record of managing in a unionised environment
  • Advanced experience in leading operational efficiency improvement processes
