Package Description
- circa. £80,000 dependent on experience
- 40 hours per week
- 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply
- Extensive experience in a fast-moving warehouse and distribution environment
- Leadership experience in managing managers within a similar environment
- Expertise in managing warehousing regulatory H&S checks and procedures
- Advanced experience in leading and managing change, including business improvement initiatives
- Proven track record of managing in a unionised environment
- Advanced experience in leading operational efficiency improvement processes
