Package Description
- £33,000 per annum
- Based at our Liverpool Head Office
- 28 days paid holiday per annum, rising to 33 days upon 5 years’ service (inclusive of bank holidays)

Minimum Criteria to Apply
- Experience of working in an Employee Relations Advisor role.
- CIPD qualified, or working towards CIPD qualifications in Human Resource Management
- Have a professional approach and are appropriately responsive and supportive, whilst adopting a practical style.
- Commercially aware and understand business needs.
- A thorough knowledge of GDPR regulations with a full understanding of confidentiality relating to the sensitive information you work with.
