Package Description

 

  • £33,000 per annum
  • Based at our Liverpool Head Office
  • 28 days paid holiday per annum, rising to 33 days upon 5 years’ service (inclusive of bank holidays)

Minimum Criteria to Apply

  • Experience of working in an Employee Relations Advisor role.
  • CIPD qualified, or working towards CIPD qualifications in Human Resource Management
  • Have a professional approach and are appropriately responsive and supportive, whilst adopting a practical style.
  • Commercially aware and understand business needs.
  • A thorough knowledge of GDPR regulations with a full understanding of confidentiality relating to the sensitive information you work with.
