Salary£45,900 - £58,650 DOE plus night shift premium if applicable*
Hours40 hours per week, 3 on 3 off shift pattern, 12.5 hour shifts

Package Description

  • Available Shifts:
    • Days - 7am - 7pm
    • Nights - 7pm - 7am (19% Night shift allowance paid between 10pm - 6am)
  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply

  • Extensive experience in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, managing multiple teams and driving performance.
  • Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and compliance.
  • Experience in managing change and business improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate, motivate, and develop talent.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
