About the Role

Job Overview

  • Assisting day-to-day activities across the NPD and ecommerce team
  • Raising purchase orders aligned with repack and online range plans
  • Managing order schedules and supplier communication in line with critical paths
  • Supporting end-to-end product development with internal and external stakeholders
  • Overseeing sample management and archiving
  • Working closely with the repack warehouse to maintain accurate schedules
  • Contributing to category planning across both store and ecommerce channels
  • Monitoring sales data, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and testing requirements
  • Supporting online merchandising and marketing teams to optimise product visibility

Package Description

  • £26,000 per annum
  • Based in Liverpool Head Office, with the occasional requirement to visit stores, trade fairs and suppliers

Minimum Criteria to Apply

  • 1–2 years of experience in a buying or merchandising role (retail, ecommerce, or FMCG preferred)
  • A commercially driven mindset with strong awareness of product and customer trends
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across teams and suppliers
  • Good negotiation abilities and analytical thinking
  • A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine interest in product development and ecommerce
