Catering Team Member - Nights

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Catering Team Members to join our Catering Team at our Liverpool Head Office and Distribution Centre.

As a Catering Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and welcoming catering service to colleagues and visitors. From preparing and presenting high-quality food to maintaining exceptional food safety standards, you'll help create a positive dining experience every day.

We're looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced catering or hospitality environment and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service. If you're approachable, reliable and passionate about food and people, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Job Overview

  • Delivering a professional, friendly and efficient service at all times.
  • Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Preparing and presenting food to the highest quality and presentation standards.
  • Handling cash accurately, managing stock levels and supporting stock takes.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and customer areas.
  • Ensuring full compliance with food safety legislation and company procedures, including:
    • Recording food, fridge and freezer temperatures.
    • Maintaining delivery records.
    • Correct food storage and labelling in line with company guidelines.
    • Completing daily Food Safety Diaries and other required documentation.
    • Supporting allergen management and ensuring compliance with Natasha's Law.
  • Following all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.

Package Description

  • £13.00 per hour (plus 19% NSA paid between 10pm to 6am)
  • 24 hours working any 4 out of 7 days (Between the hours of 22:30pm- 05:00am)
  • Based at our Liverpool Head Office

Minimum Criteria to Apply

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced catering or hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of food preparation and production methods.
  • The ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload effectively.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A genuine passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
