  • Provide generalist support in casework investigations and meetings

Package Description

  • From £28,000 per annum
  • Based at our Amesbury Distribution Centre the role covers Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm with 30 min unpaid break
  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service
  • Contributable Company pension scheme

Minimum Criteria to Apply

  • Excellent understanding and application of UK employment legislation
  • Excellent working knowledge of recruitment process and legislation underpinning this area, including Equal Opportunities and Data Protection
  • Experience in interpreting, advising and implementing company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills both adaptable to a diverse customer group and able to produce succinct correspondence and reports, making use of HRIS
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a HR practitioner
  • Proven organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Experience of working with senior managers and staff who have varying knowledge and understanding of HR processes
