The Warehouse Lead Trainer role is ideal for those with an interest in developing and training others.

The successful candidate will:-

  • Lead the team of Warehouse Trainers to ensure consistency in the training provided and compliance with documentation and procedures
  • Deliver induction training both in the classroom and warehouse to new employees and agency workers
  • Teach warehouse Company policies, procedures and functions
  • Provide support with training, continuous assessments and evaluations
  • Provide effective feedback to new starters and the Training Department on trainees performance
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems and practices
  • Maintain confidentiality of information in compliance with GDPR, including the development and maintanence of information management and record-keeping systems related to areas of responsibility

  • Have experience of working in a warehouse environment
  • Have experience of delivering training
  • Have experience of leading and working within a team
