Package Description

  • £30,000 - £33,000 per annum plus a Company maintained vehicle, laptop and phone
  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply

  • Flexible to travel daily to Home Bargains stores within assigned region - will include some overnight stays
  • Full, clean UK driving licence, and for insurance purposes, at least 25 years old
  • A passion for upskilling and supporting team members
  • Demonstrate excellent commercial awareness
  • A confident communicator with excellent organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Experience of working as a retail manager and/or trainer with a passion for retail
  • Experience of delivering Apprenticeship Standards, particularly within retail, desirable
