£30,000 - £33,000 per annum plus a Company maintained vehicle, laptop and phone
5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Full, clean UK driving licence, and for insurance purposes, at least 25 years old
A passion for upskilling and supporting team members
Demonstrate excellent commercial awareness
A confident communicator with excellent organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Experience of working as a retail manager and/or trainer with a passion for retail
Experience of delivering Apprenticeship Standards, particularly within retail, desirable
