Package Description
- £39,142 per annum plus the opportunity to earn a store performance related bonus
- 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply
- Minimum 2 years' experience within retail management
- Experience of working at a large, fast-paced retailer
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of store health and safety and security
- Ability to lead, manage and develop others
- Deal effectively with customer and staff issues
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- A confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills and a real 'can do' attitude
- A full UK driving licence
- For fleet insurance requirements, be at least 25 years of age
- Computer proficient
