Package Description

  • £39,142 per annum plus the opportunity to earn a store performance related bonus
  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Minimum Criteria to Apply

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within retail management
  • Experience of working at a large, fast-paced retailer
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of store health and safety and security
  • Ability to lead, manage and develop others
  • Deal effectively with customer and staff issues
  • Excellent commercial awareness
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • A confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills and a real 'can do' attitude
  • A full UK driving licence
  • For fleet insurance requirements, be at least 25 years of age
  • Computer proficient
